IQAC MEETING REPORT
The meeting commenced at 3:30 pm with a short prayer by Principal Fr. Dr. Paul Punii. The following members were present for the meeting.

Meeting proceedings:
The meeting commenced with a welcome to all the members present. The chairperson briefed the members on the purpose of the meeting and emphasized the importance of the IQAC in monitoring and promoting continuous quality enhancement in the college.
1. Reconstitution of IQAC
The members discussed the need for reconstitution of the IQAC in view of the transfer of some existing IQAC members and the changes in Heads of various Departments. It was noted that the changes in the personnel necessitated an updating of the composition of the IQAC to ensure proper representation of the various departments and effective functioning of the cell.
The revised composition of the IQAC was discussed and the necessary changes in membership were agreed upon.
2. Evaluation of action plan 2025-2026
The members reviewed the IQAC Action Plan for the academic year 2025-2026. The progress of activities under Teaching and Learning, Research and Publication, Student Enhancement Program, and Faculty Development Program was discussed at length.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by the IQAC coordinator to all the participants for their valuable presence and cooperation.
