I. BACHELOR OF ARTS (B.A.)

II. Procedure and Requirement for Admission

 Admission to B.A. first year programmes is allowed by the principal on the recommendation of the management during the period notified by the college. The admission remains provisional till the university issues the confirmation of admission and registration of students. Duly filled-in forms with attested copies of certificates and mark sheets are to be submitted in the office on or before the dates notified by the college. Application will not be accepted after the submission date is over. One should read carefully the prospectus before filling up the form and follow the instructions given therein. Candidates are to be personally present for admission. No proxy admission is allowed for any course.

III. Eligibility

Admission is granted strictly on merit, subject to availability of seats. A minimum of 45% marks is required for applying for Admission.

Readmission of students to any course will depend on previous year’s performance of the candidates (attendance, discipline, regularity, etc.). In case of serious lapses in attendance, discipline etc., as decided by the Management, the Principal can deny re-admission to a student into any course.

Admission Procedure: Intending applicants are to collect the prescribed application forms and prospectus from the college office counter and submit the duly-filled in application form along with attested copies of documents as per the time schedule notified in the form. Recommendation for admission may or may not be entertained. Interview of student along with Parent/Guardian will precede the admission of the student to the college. Failing to appear for Personal Interview and verification of documents will forfeit admission.

First Year B.A Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) conducted by the NBSE or any other equivalent examination from any other recognized Board/ University in 2021 are eligible to seek admission to the First Semester of the Degree Courses. The medium of instruction in the college will be English.
